We specialize in group movement experiences designed to educate, challenge and support growth across three pillars of physical health—ENDURANCE, STRENGTH & RECOVERY. Explore our Pilates Reformer, Strength & Hybrid class formats to find the right fit for your goals.

Pilates Reformer

The Pilates Reformer is a spring-loaded carriage that provides light-to-heavy resistance in various planes of movement. This class format is designed to engage deep abdominal muscles as well as strengthen and stretch the entire body. The practice is a great compliment to any movement routine and is appropriate for all bodies and levels of practitioner.

Pilates Reformer classes at studio s take place on Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers in a small group of just six clients to ensure safe, effective and tailored instruction. Due to the unique movement repertoire, specific vocabulary, various moving parts of the Reformer and potential need for customization, our Intro to Pilates Reformer series (two 60 minute private appointments) is required prior to entering group classes. If you have previous Reformer experience, the intro series can be waived. Please let us know about your specific Reformer experience prior to attending your first class.
