membership details:

  • All memberships are auto-renewed each month on the purchase date. There is a minimum of three months of auto-renew to begin any membership. Clients may switch membership level (up or down) at any new month within the contract.

  • To cancel or pause auto-renew membership, email susie@studioscincinnati.com a minimum of ONE WEEK PRIOR to auto-renew date. First membership pause is no charge, any pauses thereafter include a $50 fee to restart. No exceptions, refunds or transfers.

  • “ALL-IN” membership is subject to $8 per late cancel after your first four included late cancels.

  • Guest passes as well as self-service sessions are added into your account monthly and do not accrue if not used within a particular month.

class policies:

  • Online reservations are required for all classes. Please arrive early—if you are not there by the time class starts, your spot may be given to someone else.

  • Cancellation Policy—Class cancellations must be done 12 hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will result in the charge of a single class. In fairness to those on our waitlists we also ask that you still indicate when you need to “late cancel” (under 12 hours).

  • Waitlist policy—If you are on the waitlist for a class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend. If you get into the class, you will be notified at least two hours prior to the start time. After being transitioned off of the waitlist, failure to show up will result in being charged for the class. If you are not moved from the waitlist into class you will not be charged.
