The studio s General Manager is a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude & enjoys working in teams. The ability to multitask is essential. Daily responsibilities include: facilities operations, coordinating staff schedules, managing our guest registration database MINDBODY & ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field. It is not required to hold a personal training or group fitness certification, but general knowledge and proficiency with fitness equipment is highly suggested. 5-10 hours per week. Weekday availability is flexible. Weekend availability is required.
Group Fitness/Small Group Strength Instructor
The studio s Group Fitness/Small Group Strength Instructor holds a nationally accredited certification across one (or more) of the following competencies: group fitness, strength or personal training. Instructors will teach our signature S60 & S60 Foundations classes. Both classes are 60 minutes, strength-based interval style workouts designed to challenge the body in a way that feels more similar to personal training in a group setting. Our Foundations offering is a great low-impact option for beginners or individuals with limitations or restrictions.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, can demonstrate an effective class sample and is comfortable teaching across multiple skill levels using various equipment. Availability and schedule is flexible.
The studio s Personal Trainer holds a nationally accredited certification is required to demonstrate individualized, effective programming for a wide range of fitness abilities. Trainers will have access to wide variety of equipment.
Availability and schedule is flexible. Full-time personal trainers ~30-40 hours per month, Part-time trainers less than ~30 hours per month.
The studio s Pilates instructor uses an evolutionary approach to the Pilates methodology, can easily pivot to modify or enhance exercises depending on class skill level and will have access to Balanced Body Allegro equipment, Peak performance chairs, jump boards, arcs, Pilates balls, Magic Circles & a variety of other accessories.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, can demonstrate an effective class sample and is comfortable teaching across multiple skill levels using various Pilates apparatus. Availability and schedule is flexible. Private, duet and trio training sessions are also available.
