A mix of strength training, aerobic conditioning and stretching individualized to meet your goals and designed to keep your body balanced. Working one-on-one with a trainer means no two workouts will be the same. Strength training will incorporate use of cable-based weight machines, free weights, stability balls, BOSU, bands, rings, TRX, etc. Cardio will include specific heart-rate goals on the elliptical, treadmill, strider or bike. Each session ends with exercises/stretches aimed to improve flexibility.
PERSONAL TRAINING STARTER PACKAGE: This special package gives you five 60-minute one-on-one sessions for $250 (regularly $300–375). Offer is valid for new personal trainer clients only, one-time purchase. Sessions expire two-months from the date of purchase. Package can be purchased online or in studio.
The Reformer is a machine that uses a varied pulley system to provide resistance and movement along a platform. The Reformer offers more precise body alignment beneficial for those new to Pilates. Pilates on the Reformer is designed to strengthen deep abdominals, back, and hip muscles as well as tone and stretch the entire body.
INTRO TO PILATES REFORMER: Are you new to Pilates or to the Reformer? These two introductory private sessions will get you acquainted with the practice of Pilates and the experience/vocabulary of the Reformer. Pricing: $90 for 2 private sessions.
