private run coaching

Stay tuned for upcoming details on our Flying Pig Marathon & Half-Marathon training season for 2020. SSRT will be back and ready to help you prep for your best, most enjoyable running adventure yet.

We believe that no two runners are the same, that’s why our coaching goes way beyond simply spitting out a one-size-fits-all plan for you to follow. We coach you as an individual, modifying your workouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis by observing and testing how your body is responding to training. In addition to being run coaches, we are strength training and lifestyle experts, and we know that thriving as a runner has to do with a lot more than just running. We will guide you through a process that protects and strengthens your body for the long haul, making you a more efficient runner and stronger athlete overall.All levels welcome. Programming is appropriate for 10K, half marathon, marathon and ultra marathon.
