Warm-up or cool down pre/ post class or select your own treadmill workout. This is great way to book training according to your own schedule.

 

indoor cycling sessions

Looking for a lower impact alternative to warmup or cool down pre/ post class? Our indoor cycling bike is available to book in 30 minute increments. We have cycling shoes available for rent or bring your own (not gym shoe compatible).


 

recovery suite

Relieve, relax & restore with on-site functional recovery tools such as: Hyperice Hypervolt percussive massage gun, NormaTec compression boots, bands, rollers & balls.

self-service policies:

  • Mindbody Online reservations are required for cardio and recovery suite. Please arrive 5 minutes early; if you are not there by the time your appointment time, your spot may be given to someone else. Clients must abide by studio rules for equipment.

  • Please only schedule a maximum of two back-to-back sessions (60 minutes total) per booking.

  • Treadmill and bike can be used for those disciplines only—clients are not permitted to use other equipment while in the studio.

  • Waitlist policy—If you are added to the waitlist for a time slot, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend the appointment. If you get into the session, you will be notified via email/text. After being transitioned off of the waitlist, failure to show up will result in being charged for the session.

  • Cancellation Policy—Self-service cancellations must be done 12 hours prior to the start of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the charge of a single session. In fairness to those on our waitlists we also ask that you still indicate when you need to “late cancel” (under 12 hours).
